Do I need a subscription to buy a template?
No. Any template can be bought once and is yours to keep. A subscription is only for a tracker's Intake forms, the forms that write entries into your spreadsheet.
What are the ways to buy a tracker?
Three. Template only: one payment for the Excel workbook or the Google Sheets copy, at a price that depends on the tracker. Pro: the same payment once for the copy with its Intake forms set up, which includes your first 30 days, then the Pro price each month or year. Enterprise: arranged with sales.
Can I subscribe to more than one tracker?
Yes. Pro is per tracker, at the same price for each, billed separately, and you can cancel one without touching the others.
What happens to my tracker if I cancel?
The spreadsheet and every entry in it stay yours. Its Intake forms stop taking entries when the paid period ends, and start again if you subscribe again, without paying for the template a second time.
