What you may and may not do with a template, for each license size.
1. What you get
A license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the template for your own or your organization's internal business purposes. You own the data you put into it and the output you produce from it.
2. Seats
Single user: one named person. Team: up to 10 people in one team. Enterprise: everyone employed by or contracted to one organization. Anyone who edits or maintains the template needs a seat; people who only view exports do not.
A tracker bought with its subscription is licensed as Single user. The spreadsheet stays yours when the subscription ends; the subscription covers the tracker's Intake forms.
3. What you may do
Modify the template for your own use. Make copies for backup and for each period or project. Share outputs such as PDFs, charts and reports with anyone.
4. What you may not do
Resell, sublicense or redistribute the template or a modified version of it. Publish it where people without a seat can download it. Remove our copyright notice from the Start here tab. Use it to build a competing template product.
5. Client work
Consultants and agencies may use a template to deliver work for a client, but the client needs its own license to keep using the file afterwards.
