The agreement between you and ActionRows when you use this site, buy a template or subscribe.
1. Using the service
These terms apply when you browse this site, create an account, buy a template or subscribe to a tracker. By doing any of these you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the template license.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
One-off purchases are charged once at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT, which is added where required.
4. Connected apps
When you connect another app, you authorize us to read and write the data needed for that integration. You can remove a connection at any time.
Other apps are provided by their own companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability.
5. Liability
Templates are tools. You are responsible for the data you enter and the decisions you make from the results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email account holders before it takes effect. Questions go to our support address.
